November 2010: New Conefor Sensinode 2.5 beta version available. A new Conefor Sensinode version (2.5 beta) is already available as a pre-release. This version includes new important methodological developments (see the three fractions described in the paper recently published in Ecography) and capabilities (such as extending the importance analysis to individual links or connectors). In case you are interested in this new version you can request it through the contact form available at this website.

2011: New version of the Conefor Inputs extension including multiple layer processing and also available for ArcGIS 10. The main new feature in this new version is the possibility of processing multiple layers in a single run and to use it also within ArcGIS 10. This version allows producing from a GIS layer the input files for Conefor Sensinode (node file, connection file) exactly in the format required by this software package (with the connection file reporting the straight-line edge-to-edge distance between each pair of patches). For futher details see the Conefor Sensinode manual and the specific manual for the GIS extension (included with the extension files that can be downloaded below). The Conefor Inputs extension has been developed by Jeff Jenness (http://www.jennessent.com/arcgis/conefor_inputs.htm).
